Francisco Minella Pasqual is an Urban Mobility Analyst at WRI Brasil Ross Center for Sustainable Cities. He has worked in projects related to new sustainable mobility and regulations, public transport financing and accessibility.

Prior to joining WRI Brasil, he worked as a research assistant at LASTRAN (Laboratory of Transport Systems), at Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS).

Francisco holds a B.A. in Civil Engineering from Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), where he currently pursues a master’s degree in Urban Planning. In 2017, he studied at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, in Stockholm (Sweden), for one semester.

Francisco lives in Porto Alegre, Brazil, where he likes to ride his bicycle and support the football team Sport Club Internacional.
