Gagandeep Singh Bajwa is Lead – Human Resources at WRI India. He comes with over 16 years of experience in the field. He is responsible for implementing HR policies and initiatives aligned with long-term institutional goals, manpower planning, talent acquisition and management and learning and development. With key focus on staff productivity and maintaining effective staff relations by guiding the staff in matters pertaining to performance plans, conduct, manager issues, salary, policies, and so on. Gagandeep has a played vital role in designing and executing a strong organization structure, career architecture, role evaluation, cutting-edge training programs, performance management and technology adoption and automation.

Prior to joining WRI, he has worked in the information technology sector, handling resource management group, in the financial sector, handling sales HR and driving business, and in the franchise and education sector working as a general manager Human Resources (Business Partner) for over three years each.

Gagandeep holds a diploma in Counseling from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) Mumbai, and an MBA in Human Resources. He holds a bachelor’s in Public Administration (Hons) and has also completed several certification courses in Human Resources.

Gagandeep loves to play sports like football, squash, tennis and badminton, is fond of road trips and is an avid reader.
